Careers

Our commercial criminal law boutique is one of the leading firms in Germany and is active in all areas of commercial criminal law.

We defend and offer counsel to individuals and businesses, both preventively and in ongoing criminal proceedings. In particular, this also entails advising companies in compliance crises as well as setting up compliance systems. Furthermore, we also represent aggrieved parties and act as witness counsel before courts of parliamentary committees of enquiry.

In many cases, we work together as a team with our colleagues from civil, labour, corporate and tax law.

Provided that mandates have an international dimension, counsel is provided in tandem with our international cooperation partners in the Global Defence Alliance, of which we are founding members.

Our clients include international and national businesses.
