Kristina Konrad is a lawyer and a certified compliance officer (univ.) as well as a certified AI compliance officer (Bitkom). She has many years of in-house experience in the legal, compliance, and corporate governance departments of large and medium-sized companies.
Her advisory focus includes the establishment, implementation, and further development of compliance management systems and corporate governance structures, as well as conducting internal investigations, implementing anti-corruption measures, and providing strategic advice to regulated companies, particularly in the energy sector.
Ms. Konrad has served as head and coordinator of the compliance network of the affiliated companies of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH) and as regional group leader North of the Professional Association of Compliance Managers (BCM). She is highly connected in relevant industry associations.
