Mr. Werner has been admitted to the bar since 2025 and has been working in the field of (commercial) criminal law ever since.
He previously studied law in Hamburg (Bucerius Law School) and India (O.P. Jindal Global Law School) and then passed both his first and second state examinations in Hamburg.
During his studies, he gained valuable experience working in a law firm specialising in criminal law. During his legal training, Mr Werner deepened his knowledge of criminal law at the public prosecutor’s office, the attorney general’s office, a criminal defence lawyer’s office in Hamburg and a correctional facility. In addition, he has already completed his elective training at the law firm Pragal & Prinzenberg.
Mr Werner advises and represents individuals and companies in complex (commercial) criminal proceedings. His work focuses on commercial criminal law, medical criminal law and general criminal law.
