Protection through our whistleblower system
The Whistleblower Protection Act (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz – HinSchG) requires businesses with 50 or more employees to establish an internal reporting office. We act as your business’ (external) reporting office to ensure compliance with these requirements.
Employees, business partners or other stakeholders can confidentially report potential violations of internal and external regulations. In a sound whistleblower system, we work together with you to address the report and – if possible, and of course confidentially, with the whistleblower – clarify the underlying facts and the appropriate corporate measures to be taken. Through a process that is transparent for all those involved, we work with you to strengthen a culture of trust and integrity that is crucial to the long-term success of your business.
Confidentiality and expertise
It goes without saying that reports are treated with the utmost confidentiality, as this is required by law (Section 8 HinschG).
We will implement a whistleblower system that is not only legally compliant, but also accepted by employees and therefore effective. Our team of experienced compliance experts with many years of practical experience and legal expertise is at your side to help you achieve this.
